This is death of humans, no, this is my apology to humans, I mean people, my fellow brothers and sisters. Over the last two years I’ve developed a habit of referring to you as “humans”, well, we all are human but me referring to people as humans is me separating myself from everyone else. It comes across as if I think I’m better than the rest and I’d like to apologise for that and promise to be mindful of the things and the words I say and to employ a wide-eyed approach and refrain from putting myself above my brothers and sisters. Yes, finding fault in others is so easy yet we seldom find fault in ourselves, truth is, we all have good intentions. It’s unfortunate that good intentions can be the very substance that leads us to our fall.
“Almost every sinful action ever committed can be traced back to a selfish motive. It is a trait we hate in other people but justify in ourselves”
Everyone wants to be heard but not everyone wants to listen… too cliché? lemme change it up a bit; Everyone wants to be heard but no one wants to be a voice, A voice against their own hypocritism. Us humans have a way of making ourselves an exception. Everyone thinks they’re special, everyone thinks they’re the greatest, everyone thinks they are an old soul, one in a million, yes, everyone thinks they can see what many can’t, but no one cares. How many of us actively want to change the world? 1, 2? How many of us want to rule it? The numbers may be scary but what’s even scarier is how in our quest to run things we forget our fundamentals. The things that bring us together as brothers and sisters
“Cause you tear us apart with all the things you don’t like”, A Line from Mountains by Biffy Clyro. You don’t need to listen to this song to know that mountains are firm on their ground, unmovable, much like our mentality as a people. We share knowledge not with an approach of fellowship but with one that puts down anyone who doesn’t share the same knowledge and or principles, separating us further apart. Life is something we all have in common, life brings us together but when your way of life is imposed unto others as if they don’t know what’s good for themselves and you know best, life and our antithetical perceptions of it drives us further apart.
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall… We all know how that ends. Such basics remind us how related we all are. As our thoughts collect along this wall we call life, we are on common grounds…
“If I use difference to exclude other people, If I use difference to make myself superior then I’ve turned that wall not into a meeting place but that wall into a separation”

Good reminder to stay compassionate and loving and gentle.
Love is after all the only truth…the bigger picture is that of light and interconnectedness.
Thank you for this. 🙂
